What are the main precautions to take with steel parts?
Stainless steel parts are resistant, however they must be looked after to ensure they last longer. Here are some tips:
- Avoid direct contact with chemical products such as cleaning products, cosmetics and perfumes.
- Clean the parts regularly with the cloth we provide with your order. If you need to remove any stubborn dirt, you can wipe them with a cloth dampened with warm water.
- Avoid using the pieces when playing sports.
- Store the pieces separately to avoid scratches and/or damage to the shine.
- Storage must be done in a closed place.

How should I store the pieces?
Regardless of the material, proper storage of the pieces is essential to ensure they last longer. Here are some tips:
- Store items individually to avoid scratches or knots, especially necklaces and bracelets.
- Keep the pieces away from humidity and direct sunlight.
- Use the bags provided with the order.
As peças vão oxidar?
As peças de aço são inoxidáveis.
As jóia de Prata 925 têm de ser cuidadas para evitar oxidação. A prata oxida com o tempo, isto porque a prata reage com o enxofre presente no ar, formando sulfeto de prata, que aparece na forma de uma camada escura na superfície da peça. Esse fenómeno é mais visível em ambientes humidos.
No entanto, a oxidação da prata não significa que ela está estragada. É um processo superficial e pode ser facilmente removido com uma limpeza adequada que fará com que a peça volte ao seu estado original.
O banho de ouro sai?
As peças de prata douradas levam um banho de ouro. Este banho pode ficar desgastado ao longo do tempo principalmente se a peça estiver exposta a água, suor ou produtos químicos. No entanto, podemos sempre dar um novo banho de ouro de forma a ficar com a cor original.
Como devo limpar as peças?
As peças de aço basta serem limpas com um pano mole humedecido.
As peças de prata devem ser limpas com produtos próprios e com um pano mole.
Já as peças de prata com banho de ouro não devem ser limpas com produtos nenhuns para evitar sair o banho. Nestas peças devemos apenas limpar com um pano mole.
As peças nunca devem ficar submersas em água parada.
SHIPPING
What are the shipping methods?
At HAJA we only offer the CTT Registered Mail shipping method. This shipping method is not only secure, but also allows you to track the status of your order. You can track it using the code you will receive in your email.
How long does it take on average to ship an order?
Each order is prepared and dispatched on the same day or the following day. Once dispatched, it may take on average 2 to 4 business days for delivery to the selected address. This time is an estimate as there may be some anomaly on the part of the carrier or due to periods of greater affluence (Christmas, Sales, etc.). Shipments to the islands may take between 5 and 14 business days. Orders placed after 2pm may only be processed and dispatched the following day.
How much does shipping cost?
Orders under €50 and up to 2kg have a shipping cost of €3.90. Orders over €50 have free shipping! :)
Do you ship to the islands?
Shipments are made to mainland Portugal and the Islands. Shipping times to the Islands may take longer than normal.

RETURNS
How can I return or exchange my product?
If you are not completely satisfied with your HAJA order, please let us know via the contact form within a maximum period of 15 days after receipt. In the "MESSAGE" field, tell us your order number and the respective purchase date. If you think it is important, let us know the reason for the exchange or return so that we can improve.
Please note that exchanges or returns are only possible if the item is in the same condition as when it was sent, accompanied by the original packaging, invoice and order number. Exchanges or returns of items that have been used, altered or damaged will not be accepted.
The exchange is only possible for an item of equal or greater value, in which case it is necessary to pay the difference.
The shipping/collection service, both for exchanges and returns, is always guaranteed by the customer, unless it is a defective item.
The refund is only for the value of the returned product(s). Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Is it possible to exchange my product for another?
The exchange is only possible for an item of equal or greater value, in which case it is necessary to pay the difference.
What is the refund period?
The refund period will be defined as soon as HAJA receives the item. It should not exceed 5 working days after we receive the item to be exchanged/returned.
The refund will only be made after the item arrives at our facilities and we verify that it is in the same condition.

Where can I put the NIF?
At checkout we have a field to fill in with your NIF if you wish.
STOCK
Is an out-of-stock item restocked?
We cannot guarantee that all of our sold-out products will be restocked. We have some limited items that, once sold out, will no longer be available. In the case of other products, restocking is scheduled and if this does not happen, the items will be removed from the website.
Is online stock availability guaranteed?
We cannot guarantee this due to the possibility of a stock shortage. If this happens, our team will promptly contact you to inform you about the lack of availability of the product and make the corresponding refund.
